Who We're Looking For
We are building an AI-powered operating system that is driving innovation across B2B Marketing, and we are looking for a VP of Product Management to lead it. This is not a role for someone who wants to write requirements and hand them to a team six weeks before a launch. This is a role for a product leader who has already felt the shift happening in this discipline and wants to be at the front of it.
Product management has changed. The gap between an idea and a working prototype used to be measured in sprints. Now it can be measured in an afternoon. Product vision and innovation is required in order to design, build, and deploy at the pace the current lifecycle demands, and we expect our product leaders to move at that pace with purpose with us. If you have spent the last stretch of your career learning how to use AI to compress the distance between insight and shipped product, this is where that skill gets to run.
Responsibilities
You will drive the product direction for the company-wide operating system that sits at the center of everything we do, while shaping what we build across three fronts at once: the data layer that feeds our intelligence, the skills and agents that do the work, and the solutions that support our broader agency services. You will own the roadmap, priorities, and outcomes.
Direction. Drive the product vision and roadmap for the company-wide operating system and sequence the priorities that everything else depends on.
Breadth. Lead product across three fronts at once: the data and analytics layer, the skills, agent and context layer, agentic operations and the solutions supporting our agency services.
Hands-on delivery. Write and manage product requirements and specs, build and manage prototyping, manage end-to-end testing, gather and establish ground truths downstream work relies on.
Pace. Move with speed and purpose the current lifecycle demands, compressing the distance between an idea and a shipped product.
Governance. Establish the guardrails for how our OS handles data, security, evals, orchestration, transparency, user experience, responsible AI use, and evaluate the vendors and platforms it depends on for scalability and interoperability.
Collaboration. Build the connective tissue across strategy, analytics, engineering, and agency teams so the platform serves the whole business and our broad range of clients.
You will do the work, not just direct it. The line between product manager, project manager, and builder has blurred here, and we like it that way. If the phrase vibe coding makes you lean in, you will feel at home in this role. The engineering team supporting you can move at speed. As you work with stakeholders, you can prototype ideas that the team can translate into features or functionality that are quickly deployed into production.
How we work
We run on PRD to prototype to spec-driven development, and we move fast because our tooling lets us. Claude and OpenAI are part of the daily workflow, modern engineering and testing practices support us. Notion is where our thinking lives. Figma is where our product takes shape. Monday is where we plan. We have a process that is refined through building, and you will need to absorb it quickly and then drive continuous improvement across it.
What we are looking for
You have years of traditional product management experience, the kind that taught you how to find the real problem, pull through the solution or features that needs to be developed, sequence a roadmap, and ship things that matter. Then you made the transition. You learned to leverage AI across the full product development lifecycle to drive speed and value, and you can show us what that looks like in practice, not just in theory.
Depth in traditional product management. Years of owning roadmaps, shipping products, and finding the real problem behind the request.
A real transition to AI-native product work. Concrete evidence of using AI to accelerate the full product lifecycle, with results you can point to.
Hands-on building ability. Comfort prototyping yourself, working spec-first, and moving from idea to working software fast.
Fluency with a modern product stack. Claude, OpenAI, Notion, Figma, Monday, Product Requirement Docs, and spec-driven workflows.
The ability to integrate quickly. We already have a working process. You can plug in from day one, then improve it.
Experience building complex products for service-driven companies is a strong plus. We are a company where products and services reinforce each other, and someone who understands that dynamic will move faster and see further.
Qualifications
12 to 15 years or more of experience across product management, data, analytics, digital transformation, or marketing technology leadership.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on experience with Claude, OpenAI, and other AI tools and platforms.
Proven experience leading AI initiatives tied to predictive marketing, business intelligence, customer analytics, or enterprise marketing transformation.
Leadership experience at an agency, consultancy, or other service-driven company where product and services reinforce each other.
A strong understanding of how AI is reshaping:
Media strategy and optimization
Creative automation and personalization
Commerce and customer journey performance
Marketing analytics and business intelligence
Familiarity with enterprise AI ecosystems, martech , revops and adtech platforms, cloud-based environments (AWS / Databricks), and analytics frameworks.
A demonstrated ability to bridge technical AI concepts with executive-level business strategy.
Experience supporting enterprise solution architecture and change management.
Who you will work with
You will report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer and work at the center of a team building something genuinely new. The people you will build alongside are technical, advance analytics specialist operations leads, specialists in their craft and moving at speed. We are looking for someone who wants to lead that and thrives on building for the future.
