Who We’re Looking For 

Marketbridge is looking for an Analytics Consultant to support program strategy and execution to help clients improve their marketing and sales outcomes. We prioritize fast growth and professional development so you will quickly work with clients to solve some of their most pressing problems, leveraging a variety of tools and methods including qualitative and quantitative analysis, go-to-market-strategy, and data science.  


Responsibilities 

  • Mastering Cutting-Edge Tools: Including, but not limited to, Excel, PowerPoint, R, Python, SQL, Tableau, and Shiny 
  • Project Support (Strategy and Execution): Supporting project teams in executing work for our clients including campaign KPI analysis, PowerPoint deck development, synthesizing interview findings, conducting secondary research to support positioning/recommendations, and generating strategic and innovative ideas to help support customer acquisition and retention across digital and traditional channels for specific audience types/personas 
  • Storytelling & Strategy: Synthesize analyses, develop solutions and strategic frameworks, and conduct research to construct compelling, detailed, and actionable recommendations for our clients 
  • Data Analysis: Solve problems using a hybrid creative-scientific approach including database marketing, marketing campaign reporting, and investigative descriptive analytics 
  • Research: Conducting competitor analyses, uncovering best practices, and supporting research studies both qualitative (focus groups, interviews) and quantitative (surveys) 
  • Client and Vendor Engagement: Building relationships with clients and vendors and working with project teams to develop and present deliverables within PowerPoint (and other Microsoft Office programs) to clients 
  • Project Management: Own the project level execution of key analytical timelines, workstreams, and deliverables for one or more projects simultaneously 

 
Qualifications 

We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow while making a difference to our team and our clients. We are looking for someone who:  

  • Has a bachelor’s degree with a 3.3+ GPA  
  • Has 3+ years of experience in data-driven consulting, market research, and/or data science  
  • Has a background in highly quantitative hard sciences (advanced math, computer science, or economics) or highly quantitative social sciences 
  • Is comfortable using big or small data environments to answer questions and then develop an overall story about what the analysis means 
  • Has experience using reproducible approaches (e.g. R, Python) to analyze data and is comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint to create powerful data-driven narratives 
  • Can balance multiple projects at one time, under tight deadlines 
  • Has excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and analytical skills  
  • Is extremely conscientious, with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

This role can be hybrid (based in our Bethesda, MD office) or remote, but our ideal candidate is able to work EST hours.
The salary range for this role is $85,000-$125,000 with an eligible annual bonus of up to 15%.
