Who We’re Looking For
The Growth Manager (Revenue & Marketing) plays an important role in supporting Marketbridge Europe’s growth engine, helping to coordinate and execute marketing programmes, enable new business development activity, and maintain consistent pipeline momentum.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role that sits at the intersection of marketing and sales. Acting as a central support to the Client Director, Growth and wider Growth team, you will help bring campaigns, content, and commercial initiatives to life, supporting both new business activity and the development of existing client relationships.
You will support the delivery of integrated marketing activity, assist with sales pursuits, and help maintain ongoing nurture and brand visibility across target audiences. This includes working across ABM programmes, campaign delivery, content development, events, and opportunity enablement.
Working with guidance from senior colleagues, you will help coordinate multiple workstreams, support delivery, and contribute to maintaining momentum across the growth function.

This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in office) and the expected core working hours are 9:00am-5:30pm.
We aim to offer competitive and fair compensation based on experience, location, and market benchmarks. The salary band for this role is £35,000 - £42,000.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial
- Support the delivery of new business growth objectives through execution of marketing and sales enablement activities
- Support pipeline development through coordination of nurture and engagement activity
- Assist in identifying and preparing for new business opportunities through research, insight gathering, and collateral development
- Support the coordination of account growth initiatives through targeted marketing activity
- Support tracking and reporting of key growth activity and performance metrics
Strategic Support
- Support the execution of the European marketing and growth strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Contribute to campaign planning by bringing ideas and insight to support audience engagement
- Support the implementation of ABM and nurture programmes across target accounts and sectors
- Build knowledge of Marketbridge’s services, proposition, and case studies to support consistent messaging
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights with the team
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Client Director, Growth and wider Growth team to support delivery of key initiatives
- Support Senior Client Partners and sales leads with materials, content, and coordination for live opportunities
- Collaborate with Client Services teams to support account-based marketing and client expansion activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to brief and deliver campaign and content outputs
- Support alignment and consistency across growth-related activities and communications
- Support the execution of global account activity where relevant
Execution
- Support the day-to-day delivery of marketing campaigns, including email, content, events, and digital activity
- Support the ongoing management of contact records within the CRM, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the database.
- Build and update campaign assets using templates, tools, and internal systems
- Create and adapt content to support marketing and sales activity (presentations, emails, and light design outputs)
- Support the management of timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Assist with nurture activity through structured campaign and content delivery
- Use AI-enabled tools and platforms to improve efficiency and output quality
- Escalate risks, blockers, or delays to senior team members as appropriate
Corporate and Social Responsibility
- Support and promote our values, guiding principles, and CSR initiatives; ensuring that they are represented in all decisions, actions, and client, employee, and supplier relationships
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Demonstratable experience in a marketing, growth, or business development role within a B2B environment (agency experience advantageous)
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or commercial initiatives
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with data and performance reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and collaborative approach to working across teams
- Interest in how marketing contributes to revenue growth
- Comfortable using marketing and productivity tools, with an interest in AI
