Who We’re Looking For

Marketbridge is looking for a Go-to-Market Strategy Manager to manage projects and deliver marketing solutions to our clients. These engagements will leverage diverse parts of your go-to-market, sales, and marketing toolkits including strategic marketing and planning, funnel analysis, sales enablement (playbooks, pitch books, training development), and voice-of-customer research. You will serve as the execution leader for our client delivery team, responsible for day-to-day project team workstreams and high-quality deliverable output.


Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Fully own and manage the high-quality execution of project workstreams
  • Research: Spearhead survey design and analysis and lead client/stakeholder interviews
  • Storytelling & Strategy: Synthesize analyses, develop strategic frameworks, and conduct research to construct compelling, detailed, and actionable recommendations for our clients
  • Client Relations: Manage client relationships across multiple key stakeholders, both internal and external, and lead client status calls and presentations
  • Marketing Expertise: Develop and execute marketing KPIs, communication plans, activation, and automation
  • Mentorship & Training: Help develop and mentor junior staff through on-the-job, project-based training

Qualifications

This position is for those with significant marketing experience who are looking for an opportunity to use data, research, and best practices to help improve clients’ sales and marketing strategies. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years of experience working with marketing, sales, and/or sales operations departments
  • Has 3+ years of experience working in strategy consulting or market research consulting  
  • Demonstrates expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Has experience uniting Marketing and Sales teams to work toward common goals 
  • Can snap structure to complex processes with multiple stakeholders 
  • Is excited to work as an individual contributor, reporting to a Principal or VP

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000.
